Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Unused lookups don't roll over.
What counts as an API lookup?
Each unique domain query counts as one lookup. Cached responses (within 48 hours) don't count against your limit. Triggering additional collectors (like screenshots) on an already-queried domain also doesn't count as a new lookup.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available with a 20% discount. Contact sales for annual pricing on Professional and Enterprise plans.
